Detail: We make all our sauces from scratch; nothing frozen or prepackaged. We use only fresh ground beef for our burgers. We buy the highest quality chicken available. Fifteen different varieties of wings.  Our soups and chili are homemade. At Bill Bateman's Bistro we promise friendly and courteous service at reasonable prices.
